Light & High-Fiber Hong Kong Waffle

Light & High-Fiber Hong Kong Waffle

A traditional Hong Kong-style waffle can reach 500–700 kcal once peanut butter, condensed milk and syrup are added. This version is made with Lakanto’s high-fiber waffle mix and paired with Lakanto peanut butter, low-calorie maple syrup and zero-calorie monk fruit sweetener to reduce added sugar and oil. The high-fiber formula helps promote satiety while lowering overall calories, maintaining the classic crispy texture and eggy aroma in a lighter, more balanced way.
