We understand that reliable, safe, and timely delivery is an important part of your shopping experience. The following delivery policy aims to give you a clear overview of our delivery scope, timing, fees, and important guidelines.
Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery services across Hong Kong, including:
• Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories
• Selected remote areas (subject to the logistics provider’s operational capability)
• No delivery to outlying islands or restricted zones
If you would like delivery to an outlying island or a restricted area, please contact our Customer Service team to check whether special arrangements can be made.
Delivery Time
We begin processing your order once it has been successfully placed and confirmed.
Under normal circumstances:
• Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days (depending on location & logistics capacity)
• During peak seasons or severe weather (e.g., Black Rainstorm Warning, Typhoon Signal No.8 or above), delivery may be delayed
Actual delivery time may vary depending on courier arrangements, weather conditions, or traffic situations. We are therefore unable to guarantee a specific delivery time.
If you would like to check your order status at any time, our Customer Service team is here to help.
Shipping Fee
To keep our delivery service simple and transparent:
• FREE shipping for orders of HK$300 or above
• HK$30 shipping fee for orders below HK$300
• Additional charges may apply to designated remote areas (in line with logistics provider’s surcharge policy)
If a return is required due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Delivery Methods
Depending on your location and the nature of your order, we will arrange the most suitable delivery method:
• JD Logistics
• SF Express
• Other partnered logistics providers (where applicable)
The final delivery method will be shown at checkout or confirmed in your order notification.
Shipping Notification & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
• A notification via email
• A tracking number for supported delivery methods, allowing you to check your delivery progress anytime
Receiving Guidelines
To protect your rights, please inspect the item(s) upon delivery:
• Check whether the packaging is intact
• Verify that the product(s) received are correct
• Look for any damage, leakage, or irregularities
If you notice any issues, please contact us within 7 working days, and we will assist you promptly.
Unsuccessful Delivery
A delivery may be unsuccessful if:
• The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete
• No one is available to receive the parcel
• The courier is unable to reach the recipient
• Multiple delivery attempts fail
In such cases, re-delivery may be arranged, and additional shipping charges may apply, to be borne by the customer.
Address Change
If you need to update your delivery address:
• Please notify us before the order is shipped
• Once the parcel has been handed over to the logistics provider, address changes may not be possible and may incur extra costs
Final Decision
In cases involving disputes, special circumstances, or uncontrollable factors, we reserve the right to make the final decision, always following the principle of protecting both our customers’ and the company’s interests.
